Japanse Tuin Hasselt

Hasselt4.3

Europe's largest Japanese garden — ponds, bridges, and spring cherry blossom.

A walled Japanese garden laid out with koi ponds, tea-house architecture, and carefully framed views. It is the calmest first-visit anchor in Hasselt and peaks during the cherry-blossom weeks in spring.

Local tip

Go early, before the paths fill up, and pair it with Kapermolenpark next door. Cherry blossom season is the obvious peak, but a quiet weekday outside peak bloom is often the calmer visit.
